Back for another evening of vinous discussion at Cranage Hall.
This time I was positioned in the area reserved for civil weddings in their beautiful grounds.
Far from a religious experience the 25 guests supped and nibbled at some lovely wine and cheese on a lovely summer evening whilst listening to my tales of wine from around the world.
The white Viognier from Southern France hit the spot as did the Barrossa Shiraz suitably decanted.
Well all of the guests seemed to enjoy themselves as they wobbled off purring contentedly for their evening meal
